Back 9 - Division 1

Through The Maple Paul Houston playing off a reduced handicap of 2 and Peter Houston (playing off 3) were vying for the lead but being hard pressed by Paul Banks (2) and Parker Bonnes (4) a point behind. At Beechers Paul Houston after a par at the Devils Elbow and a birdie at Beechers was joined in the lead by Banks (two birdies). Peter Houston (two pars) was a point behind with Bonnes (par at the Devils Elbow and a 'ding' at Beechers) a further three points down. In a close finish Banls (pars at the Grove and the Lowlands and an eagle three at Shirleys Cottage` Won by one point from Paul Houston (two pars and a birdie). Another point further back came Peter Houston (pars at the Grove, Lowlands and Shirleys Cottage) was joined at the finish by an improvement from Bonnes with a par and two birdies and with a better last six third place went to young Bonnes.

 

Back 9 – Division 2

At the Devils Elbow Michael O'Loan (9) was leading by a point from William Crawford (14). One and two points further back came Maurice McDowell (8) and William Rainey (9) respectfully. O'Loan recorded a bogey at the Devils Elbow, a par over Beechers and a double bogey at the Grove to lead by a point from Crawford (par and two double bogeys) and |Rainey (par at Devils Elbow, bogey at Beechers and a par at the Grove. McDowell (double bogey, par, bogey) was a further point behind. In another close finish O'Loan (par, birdie) was joinerd by Crawford (bogey at Lowlands and a birdie at Shirleys Cottage) with First place going to Crawford with a better last three. A point behind, Rainey (bogey, eagle) and McDowell (par at Lowlands and a birdie at Shirleys Cottage finished together with third place going to Rainey with a better last six.

Jordan Hood -(-3) won the Gross with 24pts.

Front 9

Approaching Walkers Home Jon-Paul Kearney (10) was being hard pressed for the lead by David Curry (6), Neville Neill (4) and Martin Abernethy (12) close up a point behind. Kearney bogeyed Walkers Home and parred Broadmeadows and The Treasury to increase his lead to three points over Currie (bogey and two pars). Abernethy (;ding' at Walkers Home, double bogey at Broadmeadows and a par at the Treasury) was a further two points behind and Neill ('ding', bogey, par) was another point down. Kearney continued to lead and finished par, bogey to Win by two points from |Curry (pars at the Sanctuary and Longlands) in second place. A further four points behind, Neill finished strongly with pars at the Sanctuary and Longlands to join Abernethy (bogey, double bogey) and with a better last six third place went to Neill.
